What you’ll do

  • Complete mobile tune-ups, repairs, safety checks, and bike assemblies
  • Diagnose problems clearly and recommend the right level of service
  • Communicate arrival timing, scope, and completed work with every rider
  • Keep tools, parts, and the mobile workspace organized and road-ready
  • Deliver careful test rides and a consistently excellent customer experience

What you bring

  • Professional shop, team, or equivalent hands-on bicycle repair experience
  • Confidence with drivetrains, brakes, wheels, bearings, and safety inspections
  • A dependable, self-directed approach to working in the field
  • Clear communication and genuine respect for customers and their bikes
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work across the San Diego area

Mechanical e-bike service, component knowledge, and confident electrical triage.
